Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Normal processing times are 1-5 business days*. However, processing times during new releases and sales events will be extended. For the most current order processing times, please view the announcement at the top center of our home page. Any order processing time written on the announcement overrides the normal 1-5 business day estimate.

We ship via USPS and our shipping fees are based on weight.

LATE OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your tracking states, "Arriving Late", this is normal and your order may still arrive. If two weeks pass with no new updates, please contact us at melly.linn.team@gmail.com.

If your tracking states, "Delivered", but you haven't received your package, this is very common and your order may still arrive. However, we encourage you to contact or visit your local post office to see if they can locate where your order was delivered. If your shipment is not able to be recovered, please email us at melly.linn.team@gmail.com as soon as possible or within 3 days of the stated delivery so we can try helping in the recovery efforts.
